    Despite all the negative reviews, as someone who comes and have lunch in this location 2-3 times a week, the service and the people are top notch. They do their job as they should, they are friendly, hardworking. KFC is KFC, the food is what it is. It gets busy and have longer wait sometimes but for location with 2-3 people in the team, they get the job done. The place could use a revamp. But other than that, my 5 star is for the people that work in this location.

    Wow, what a great experience at KFC in Welland! I'm so impressed. Every single item we got was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious, from the chicken to the sides. It's clear they take pride in serving quality food. Beyond the food, the customer service was exceptional. The employees were incredibly helpful, genuinely asking how our meal was and if there was anything else they could do for us. It's rare to get that level of attentiveness at a fast-food restaurant, and it made all the difference. This location is definitely doing things right!

    The food was awesome. I tried tenders it was delicious and fresh. The service is awesome every time I come they greet very well. I suggest people to come over there.

    Had a quick meal here and it was a good experience. The chicken was fresh and crispy, and the fries were hot. Staff were polite and service was fairly quick. The restaurant was clean and well-kept. Great spot if you’re craving classic KFC in Welland.

    Kcf on ontario rd is our go to restaurant almost daily, they have the greatest staff, always so pleasant to talk to and see, great management and lori is by far the greatest employee on cash. Lori is always so friendly and talkative with us, always a great experience. If by chance something is wrong with the order they are so quick to fix it. Overall very satisfied with ontario rd kfc.

    Visiting this location tonight at 7 PM, a male and female employees at the front desk were more than accommodating. They went above and beyond to satisfy the needs of an autistic child. It was very much appreciated the extra effort and kind that they put in. Kudos to them and KFC for having these outstanding employees
